GLaDOS is the main antagonist of the Portal game series - a rogue AI which eventually becomes hellbent on destroying the main character.
X.A.N.A. is the main antagonist of the French animated series Code Lyoko - a rogue AI hellbent on destroying the world.

What if, somehow, two evil sentient supercomputer entities encountered each other and decided to join forces toward a common goal?
That's exactly what I've depicted here. GLaDOS from Portal, whom I've drawn, encounters X.A.N.A. from Code Lyoko, whose red symbol can be seen in the closeup of GLaDOS's eye.
